Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.
In this position, you will join a tight-knit team that serves loyal, long-term customers and builds established business relationships and develops new business. There is a need for an effective communicator while being able to be responsive to others needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the company's customers, or all of the above. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.
- New business development.
- Develop, maintain and increase client relationships in assigned territory by developing a strategic sales plan and targeting prospective clients.
- Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
- Perform marketing calls, both in-person and by telephone, to set and complete weekly appointments.
- Provide customized information for proposal generation; close new business.
- At least 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B capacity in a service industry. Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
- 2 or 4 year College Degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
