A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.


Job Description

  • Source & recruit target profiles through the use of various tools such as our database, managing job postings, direct search, LinkedIn, public job-boards such as Monster & CareerBuilder, generating candidate referrals, attending networking events and passive candidate recruiting
  • Screen & Interview potential candidates, qualify them, and match them with the needs of our clients
  • Market the services of The Reserves Network to new and current clients in an effort to generate new business through cross-leveraging existing relationships, cold-calling potential clients, calling on leads and job postings, attending networking groups, and through the use of tools such as, LinkedIn, the Avionte database, etc.
  • Negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients
  • Qualify client job orders and establish plan to placement
  • Provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract talent
  • Educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, salary ranges and local variances


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management
  • Minimum 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in staffing
  • Interest and/or experience in recruiting employees at various skill levels in several industries including manufacturing, transportation and logistics, banking and financial, call centers and more
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal (required)
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
