 In this position, you will join a tight-knit team that serves loyal, long-term customers and builds established business relationships. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.

This salaried position will be sitting onsite with our client in a warehouse setting located in McDonough, GA and reporting directly to our Onsite Manager.

Hours will be 10 AM – 7 PM

Job Description:

  • Recruiting candidates to fill light industrial positions for our client
  • Utilize online recruiting resources and company database to source skilled and experienced candidates
  • Outreach to local colleges, community resources, and attend job fairs to source candidates
  • Outbound calls to potential candidates to prescreen
  • Conduct face to face interviews
  • Presenting details of  potential job opportunities, making offers, and hiring
  • 2 to 4 year degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service and recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with ability to stay focused during distractions
  • Energetic, self-starter with a proven track record of achieving goals
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
