Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for B2B marketing with the goal of reaching decision makers and scheduling second-level appointments.  This position’s main functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Administer on-going business development campaigns
  • Reach and qualify C-suite decision makers, overcome objections, uncover needs, guide conversations, and convert qualified conversations to second level appointments for TRN markets
  • Communicate via email and phone and utilize available sourcing technology to distribute marketing messaging and content
  • Conduct research on new companies, services and solutions
  • Learn market conditions, digest new information quickly and adjust messaging and/or direction for campaigns as necessary for each individual account
  • Strategize market specific plans and campaigns to target new business 

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • Prior sales and marketing experience
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task and cover several markets simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the automated marketing/drip marketing process is a major plus (IE: Sales Force, HubSpot)
  • Ability to pivot in fluid market conditions  
  • Willingness to learn new industries/services and desire to improve knowledge in these areas
  • Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner in all situations
  • Must be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise and effective manner
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Computer savvy - must be able to learn our internal software
